I have had really good customer service and really bad customer service with them, just depends on who you get, and how willing they are to help you. Poor customer service ruins it all the product is pretty decent when all is perfect, but once the wheels fall off the track you can almost never get them back on.

When something goes wrong I am often down for the rest of the day and into the next day. They don't call back many times, and because I use it in the evening there is no support then.

I have to cal them during their hours, and when I miss a return call, i have to call back and wait on hold for a long time.
